Sound Control Panel
The sound control panel window is quite helpful for configuring the playback, recording, sounds, and communications settings. These settings need some changes and updation if you want to fix any issues related to computer speakers, configure settings like speech recognition, or choose various playback options.
How to Find Sound Control Panel in Windows?
- Turn on your device and click on the start menu option.
- Select the Search box and type Control Panel in the search box.
- Press the Enter Key and it will show you the sound control panel window.
- Type sound settings in the search box shown at the top of the left side.
- Click on the Sound option and it will pop up new window.
- Check that your using speaker or output should be shown there.
- If the driver is not there then you've to download the sound drivers from drivers official website.
- Open any web browser and visit the sound driver official website.
How to open Sound Control Panel on Windows?
Open Sound Control Panel by Windows Settings:
- Turn on your desktop device and press Windows + I keys simultaneously.
- Open the desktop device settings.
- Now, click on the System settings option.
- Click on the Sound menu option in the left side of the window.
- Click on the sound control panel option shown in the settings.
Open Sound Control Panel by using Start menu:
- Turn on your desktop device and press the windows key or click on the start menu option.
- Type Control Panel on search box and hit the enter key.
- Click on the Open option and open the control panel.
- Set the View by as Category and select Hardware and Sound setting.
- Click sound to open sound control panel.
